完成式(Perfective tense)：動詞完成式所表示的是一段時間內持續不斷的動作：(1)現在完成式(have / has + P.P.)：表示由過去某一點，直到說話當時的現在所發生的事；(2) 過去完成式(had + P.P.)：表示在過去某一段時間內持續不斷的動作，但不延伸到現在。

I have been an English teacher for 20 years.---------我已經當英文教師20年了

You have been my best friend since then.------從那時起你就是我最好的朋友

He has been here.----------------------------------------------------他早就在這兒了

He had been a teacher from 1980 to 1988. -----------------他1980到1988在教書

Mary had been fine before I went. -------------我離開前Mary還好好的，怎麼…
